Exclusions from school

An exclusion from school is the most serious sanction available to a Headteacher. A pupil can be excluded by a Headteacher on disciplinary grounds.

Exclusions can take effect immediately and the Headteacher will determine if this is a suspension for a fixed period of time or a permanent exclusion.
